- 1 pound French Bread
- 3 each large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups mangos
- 1/2 cup butter
Recipe Description
Use up a loaf of French bread and turn it into a tasty dessert or brunch entree! Fresh blueberries and mango chunks are folded into this bread pudding. This can be served in a variety of ways. Enjoy hot out of the oven or serve cold! Top with fresh whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or homemade blueberry sauce.
