Ingredients
- 1 box fudge brownie mix + ingredients called for on box
- 3/4 C roughly chopped mini eggs
- Approximately 24 mini eggs for topping
- 1 1/3 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 C heavy whipping cream
Recipe Description
Nothing says Easter is coming like seeing Cadbury Eggs and Mini Eggs on the shelf. I've taken our family favorite mini eggs and added them to a simple brownie batter made with store bought mix. I then topped the brownies with an easy ganache and additional eggs. So festive and the perfect addition for the Easter dessert table.
