- 1½ cups graham crackers
- 6 Tbsp (85g) butter, melted
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 5 Tbsp key lime juice (6-7 key limes)
- zest of 1 key lime
- 4 Tbsp (57g) butter, melted
Recipe Description
Adorable mini-versions of Key Lime pie! What could be better? You can use a tart pan like I did, though I recommend using a muffin tin and cupcake liners as it’s MUCH easier! If you don’t have key limes, you can use regular limes or even swap them for lemons! Delicious bite-sized desserts that your guests will love.
