Here on Platter Talk, we incorporated chocolate chip cookies made with fine Ghiradelli chocolate then added mint. Not just any mint. We used fresh mint from our gardens. This cookie is the perfect treat for these hot summer days, or even during cooler weather when can invoke connotations of warm weather thoughts.
