Take a pie crust and spread it on the pie platter. Keep half of it for the top crust. Put a pan on medium heat, and spill some olive oil on the pan. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then add some diced garlic. Stir it a little, for a few minutes, then add the diced onions. let it simmer for five minutes, and then stir it a little for a few minutes until it is caramelized. Then add the diced tomatoes. Stir it for five minutes, then add the sliced mushrooms. Let it cook for ten minutes, and try not to let it burn so continue to stir it, until it's brown and saucy. Add some salt and pepper, and stir it for five extra minutes. Add three tablespoons of mushroom soup, and let it simmer for five minutes. Then take the saucy mushrooms from the pan, and add them to the pie crust. Cover the pie with the other crust, and make sure the edges are sealed. Grease the pie top with a little butter. Preheat the oven for ten minutes, then put the pie inside the oven. Let it bake for ten to fifteen minutes, and make sure the pie is backed well. After that, take it out of the oven, and let it for a while. Now you can serve it for your family.
