They make the perfect dinner after a long day. They also make a great game day sandwich to serve a crowd. These sandwiches were a hit for dinner. The pork was tender, pink and flavorful – the way pork is supposed to taste. The blackberry barbecue sauce was sweet and tasted like we just finished picking the berries. The sauce and the pork complimented each other deliciously!
