- 325g Spaghettini pasta (I used white with fiber)
- 3½ cups chicken broth
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 1-2 pinches red pepper flakes (more if you like it spicy!)
- 3 cups frozen Asian vegetable mix
- ⅓ cup apricot jam
- green onions for garnish
