One of my all-time favorite recipes is Overnight Pumpkin Cheesecake French Toast. But I recently adapted it to make an Overnight Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast as I thought the red in the strawberries would be prettier for the holiday season, and now I just can’t get enough of it! This is perfect year-round!
