Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C cake flour
- 1/2 C whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 C turbinado sugar
- 1/3 C whipped peanut butter
- 1/2 C light margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 C chopped chocolate chips
Recipe Description
I love peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, but I needed a healthier version. These cookies are not overly sweet and are perfect in the afternoon with a cup of tea or with a tall glass of cold milk before bed. The best thing about these cookies, for me, is that they are Weight Watchers friendly! At only 2 points per cookie, I can have my cookies and eat them, too!
