- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs,
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 3/4 cup Canada Dry Sparkling Seltzer Water, Lemon Lime or Original
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 cup apples, chopped (I used bigger slices, but you can chop them finely as well)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra Pecans
- Powdered Sugar
