Skip the restaurant and have quality vodka sauce at home. This recipe has just enough tomato flavor to give the sauce a kick without overpowering the cream! I made this with penne, but I can’t wait to try it on gnocchi and ravioli and… well, pretty much anything that’s good with sauce. Trust me, you’ll want to get creative with this sauce!
