- 2 tbsps cornstarch
- 1 tbsps oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 tbsps brown sugar
- 3 salad onions
Recipe Description
One of our favorites dishes from PF Chang’s is their Mongolian beef, it’s available on both their regular and gluten free menu. I’ve made a copycat version which tastes better than anything you’ll find in a restaurant and it’s only got a handful of ingredients and takes ten minutes or less to throw together, perfect for a weeknight dinner!
