Pig Candy

1lb of bacon
1 cup of maple syrup
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Brown sugar

Coat bacon in brown sugar and place on a wire rack in oven at 350°.  Bake for 10 minutes then mix syrup and cayenne pepper together.  Then brush both sides of the bacon with the mixture, then bake until desired doneness. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
