Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 egg
- 10 runs across a grater of fresh nutmeg
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil
Recipe Description
Pork and sage go so well together and these pork, ricotta and sage meatballs are flavorful, moist and creamy.It’s been a while since I posted one so I thought it was about time for a new meatball recipe. We have easy chicken meatballs, turkey meatballs, even mini Indian meatballs, so I though I would make pork ricotta and sage meatballs.
