- 15 oz Pumpkin Puree
- 2 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 tsp Salt
- Frosting:
- 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup softened Butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 6 cup Powdered Sugar

You use powdered sugar to sweeten it and the cream cheese makes it thick and tasty. You could use regular frosting from a can if you prefer but in my opinion, I love the cream cheese frosting better.
