- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup confectioner sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Recipe Description
This recipe came from my grandmother’s recipe box. I inherited it some years ago. These cookies have been my favorite for years and it’s probably part nostalgia and part cream cheese frosting. The cookies kind of look like a drop biscuit and have the texture of cake. They are a flavor bomb of deliciousness!
