- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 small box (4 serving) raspberry jell-o
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- pink sugar to decorate
Recipe Description
These raspberry cheesecake cookies come together in no time, just throw all the ingredients in and mix away. Change the Jell-O flavor and you have a whole new cookie! I wanted to make something on the easy side so I went with bright pink cookies. The birthday girl and party guests loved them! So fun with colored sugar on top.
