- ½ Cup Butter, Softened
- ¾ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1⅓ Cups White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Red Gel Food Coloring
- 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1½ Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- Pinch Salt, To Taste
- ¼ Cup Red Sanding Sugar

These chewy red velvet cookies look gorgeous on a holiday cookie tray also! I used gel food coloring to get the most vivid color possible.
If you don’t have gel coloring, just use more liquid food coloring!
