Here’s a pork chop recipe that will melt in your mouth. Simple but Ohhh so good. This recipe is provided by my hubby. He’s a wonderful cook. These start out on the grill and then finish off in the oven. Served with son freshly made some slaw and augratin potatoes. Perfect Sunday dinner. Ok wheres dessert?!

Recipe Directions

Roll edges in parmesan cheese. Season chops generously on both sides. Heat grill on high. Seat chops both sides. Cook 10 mins each side. Preheat oven to 325. Move chops to oven. Cook covered 1 hour.
