Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bleached all-purpose flour

- 12 Tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup turbinado sugar
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 3 Tablespoons fig jelly
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe Description
A wonderful pastry cookie made with a sour cream dough filled with treats ! I use fig or apricot jam, and walnuts to make a wonderful puff pastry like cookie, perfect for the Holidays! I prepare the dough using light sour cream which reduces calories. I also use turbinado sugar instead of brown sugar, enabling me to use less as turbinado is a stronger flavor.
