Recipe Description
We are celebrating summer here in Wisconsin with visits to farmer’s markets, dishes and beverages from the fresh produce we find, and lots of time outdoors with our kids. To this end, there is one summer treat that always tastes especially good toward the end of a long, hot summer day: Sangria, Platter Talk style.
Like many things that I fall absolutely butt over tea-kettle in love with, I have a vivid recollection of my first taste of this authentic, refreshing, and unbelievably delicious drink. I was at a bona fide dinner party hosted by my friend Edith, an engineer with super-model looks, gourmet chef, and native of Chihuahua.
