- 5 medium country style pork ribs
- 1/2 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons honey mustard
- 1 1/2 cups Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons light white wine
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups sliced white mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons corn starch
Recipe Description
Country style pork ribs are delicious and oh so tender when slow cooked. These tangy onion ribs are simmered in a mushroom sauce that was the icing on the cake. It was so easy to put together and clean up was a snap. For this dinner, side dishes are simple steamed broccoli and some beans that made it colorful and delicious.
