These are my absolute favorite cookies….you can frost them, top them with caramel or chocolate or both! Or you can eat them just the way they are…they’re delicious and super easy to make. I have this dough portioned in my freezer all the time….I can defrost some and roll out a dozen cookies anytime I want! I use different cookie cutters depending on the occasion!
