- 2 lbs tri tip, cut into bite-sized strips
- ¼ C fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- ½ large sweet white onion, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large head Romaine lettuce, washed and roughly chopped
- ½ C grape tomatoes, cut in half
- ¼ C feta cheese
- Tortilla chips for garnish
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- ¼ C fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- ¼ C milk
- ¼ C extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- Hot Sauce to taste
