Recipe Description

My oldest kiddo LOVES anything cinnamon related. Believe it or not, he doesn’t like a lot of sweets, chocolate, candy, etc. Yes, he is still my kid, he just didn’t get my sweet tooth I guess….lucky kid, haha!
Anyhow, anytime I want to make a special treat for my younger two kiddos, I can easily decide because they are the complete opposite. If it has sugar in it, chances are, they will love it. So, I always have a put my thinking cap on when it comes to treats for my oldest.
Last week, he did a great job on a test at school and I wanted to whip up something special for him. I decided on these snickerdoodle muffins because he loves muffins, loves cinnamon/sugar, and these are both of those combined. I had them ready for the oven in no time and the ingredients used were ones I already had on hand.
My house smelled fabulous and my kids literally came down the stairs to ask me what was smelling so good. One bite into these and they were all happy campers, but especially my oldest!
