The perfect soft boiled eggs for breakfast/brunch. They take under 10 minutes to prepare and I served them on a bed of arugu Keep in mind that boiling time may vary, depending on the size, freshness and temperature of the eggs and your altitude, as well. Another problem, that might occur is peeling the eggs. Fresher eggs are more difficult to peel.la (the only greens I had in the fridge that morning), with some chopped bacon and some whole grain toast. Served with quaker real medley yogurt cups.
