- 2½ cups all-purpose flour

- VANILLA BUTTERCREAM FROSTING:
- ½ cup room temperature butter (1 stick)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 TBSP milk
- 2 rounded cups powdered sugar
Recipe Description
These sugar cookies are some of the best that I’ve ever tried! They have a soft, pillowy texture and amazing flavor too! Even my son who doesn’t like cookies has been devouring these! I also love that you don’t have to roll them out like traditional sugar cookies, making them a lot simpler to bake often!
