- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup soften unsalted butter
- ½ cup pure cane sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 & ½ cup over ripe mashed bananas
