Recipe Description
I love stir-fry. This is an easy recipe with just the right amount of spice. If you cut your veggies ahead of time and keep your wok extremely hot stir-fry is a piece of cake! I have learned over the years that stir fry really can be cooked by almost anyone. Remember the idea is too cook your veggies crisp tender. I cook in small batches to ensure that the wok does not get over crowded.
