- 3 ears corn, kernels cut off
- 1 ea red pepper, sliced thin
- 1 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
- 8 oz provel or mozzarella
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 ea precooked chicken sausages, cooked and sliced
- 1 ea Cilantro, for garnish
