Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 30 vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
Recipe Description
Layers of strawberries with syrup, strawberry mousse, vanilla cookies and whipped cream. This is not only beautiful, but tastes amazing! I could sit down and spoon the strawberries and syrup by itself until it is completely gone. It’s true and I’ve probably done it a couple of times in my life. I, however, toughed it out this time and made trifles instead.
