It’s National Strawberry Month and I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than with several delicious strawberry recipes. Today I’m sharing a simple & delightful little spread that goes well with so many things- bread, muffins, french toast, or in my case, flaky, buttery croissants. It requires just 3 ingredients and takes only 5 minutes to make. It yields 2 small jars of butter too, so you can keep one for your family and share another with a neighbor!
