Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
- ⅓ cups granulated sugar
- 2 T. cornstarch
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- store bought or homemade pie dough
Recipe Description
Little pocket pies that have the golden brown crust and a fresh strawberry filling. Somehow, I think they taste better than classic strawberry pies. I think it’s because there’s more delicious, flaky pie crust to enjoy with the strawberry pie filling. It helps that the crust is a beautiful golden color with a little heart cut out.
