- 1/4 C granulated sugar
- 1 tsp heaping baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 C buttermilk
- 1/4 C vegetable oil
Recipe Description
These pancakes have opened up a whole new world of whole wheat goodness to me. I don’t think I have EVER enjoyed something made with whole wheat flour as much as I enjoy these pancakes. They are light and airy and somehow retain their tasty wheaty-ness. You’ve never had whole wheat pancakes like these!
