This Sweet Potato Pie is spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg with hints of vanilla and molasses. This traditional Southern dessert is perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. After Thanksgiving I always look forward to the cold leftovers. Including this pie. Cold leftover sweet potato pie along side my cup of coffee is my day after Thanksgiving breakfast. This recipe makes two pies.
