- •¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- •¾ cup butter, softened
- •1 cup sugar
- •1 egg
- •¼ cup molasses
- •¼ cup sugar for rolling cookies

I love seeing all of the different holiday cookies out in the blogasphere this time of year. There are so many delicious ones to choose from, it is almost impossible. Not wanting to be left out of the fun, I wanted to post one of my all time favorite Christmas cookies, my mom’s big soft ginger cookie.
