- 1 cup frozen mixed berries

I love making green smoothies as a delicious way to get more fruits and veggies into my diet, but my kids refuse to drink anything that is green. This simple recipe still has a full serving of greens, but uses berries to disguise them so the smoothie ends up being a perfect purple color that even the pickiest kid will love!
