Recipe Description
I am so excited about this recipe! It is actually the second official vegetarian meal I have posted in my new Vegetarian category! My step daughter has decided to eat vegetarian so I really am trying to come up with some meals that all of us can eat together. This Vegetarian Stuffed Pepper dish is perfect for the entire family! It makes a terrific main dish for the veggie lovers and a wonderful side for those meat lovers! And for summer it is a perfect dish to use up those garden veggies in!
