Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ cup port (use a good quality)
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. espresso powder
- ½ tsp. bittersweet smoked paprika
- ½ tsp. cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
- ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
Recipe Description
Great marinade using port, espresso, cacao powder, smoked paprika and more. Makes steak so tender. Great for marinating beef, bison and lamb. Perfect for roasts….just increase the quantity and marinate overnight. This is an awesome all purpose marinade that is mixed up easily in just a couple of minutes.
