- ½ diced red bell pepper
- 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp. no salt seasoning
- Cracked black pepper
- 1 egg
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- Slices of pancetta
- Garnish:
- Arugula, tomato and cheese
Recipe Description
Zucchini burger made with spicy Sriracha and topped with crispy pancetta. A great way to use up all those zucchinis from the garden. If you want a “meatless” version, just eliminate the pancetta. A healthy alternative to a classic neat burger. Perfect with a side of “healthy” fries and a simple salad!
