My wife and I spent the July 4th holiday watch movies and taking it easy at home by ourselves. For dinner, I made t-bone steak with mushrooms and onions on my Blackstone Griddle. The mushrooms and onions were seasoned with pink himalayan sea salt, tuscan seasoning, butter and Pinot Grigio. The steaks were seasoned with course kosher salt, pepper and olive oil.
Let steaks warm to room temperature
Cook steaks for 7 minutes on high
flip & cook for 4 - 5 more minutes
