Recipe Description

We all love eating Ice Cream in the Summer but one of the best times to eat the cool yummy goodness is in the Winter.  One of the biggest pains of eating ice cream in the summer is the constant dripping of your ice cream. Having ice cream to go is a nearly impossible task. During the winter, you don’t have to worry about constantly licking and checking on your ice cream. You can take your time to savor and enjoy it! You even have the luxury to have ice cream to go. There’s no rush since the world is your freezer.

Recipe Directions

Line a deep pan like a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla into a large chilled bowl.  I use a stainless steel bowl.  In another chilled bowl, I then whip my cream until it has peaks.  Mix both bowls together and it is at this point if you want to add chocolate chips, peanut butter candy, nuts, strawberries...actually any ingredient you like, you can.

Then you simply put the mixture into the deep pan with parchment paper and. freeze for 3-5 hours.  It depends on how you like your ice cream.  You can top with your favorite sauce and berries.

Serve and Enjoy!
