- 3 eggs
- ½ cup coconut oil or butter, melted & cooled (105 grams)
- ¼ cup honey (85 grams)
- ½ cup almond milk + 2 tablespoons (210 ml)
- 1 meyer lemon, zest + juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted to get rid of any clumps
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
