- 1/2 cup cream
- 3/4 cup Bailey\'s

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan bring the chopped chocolate, milk, and cream to a gentle simmer. As it starts to bubble whisk it and watch it thicken. Don't burn it.

Once the chocolate has melted, pull it off the heat and stir in the Bailey's Irish cream. Taste. If you would like to add little more Bailey's add it in.

Serve hot with frozen whipped cream sprayed on top. You can add chocolate sprinkles if you like.
