Ingredients
- 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- ½ cup Baileys
- 1½ cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- ½ cup water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cooking spray and powdered sugar
Recipe Description
I’ve had these Baileys marshmallows on my mind for awhile now. While camping a few weeks ago they came up and I was sold. They needed to be made asap! Making marshmallows at home isn’t that hard but it does feel like working in slow motion at times. You can cut them out with cookie cutters or a knife.
