Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups Dwaraka Organic Chana Besan
- ¼ tsp Dwaraka Organic Turmeric Powder
- 1 ¼ tsp Dwaraka Organic Chilli Powder (Regular)
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida
- 3 ¾ cups Water
- Salt to Taste
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander
- 4 tsp Dwaraka Organic Sunflower Oil for Cooking

2 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander
Method:

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add water to the mixture and whisk it all together.

Add coriander and mix well.

Heat the pan on medium flame.

Once hot, pour a ladleful of batter on it and spread it in circular motion.

Smear 1 tsp of oil all over it and along the edges.

Cook the chilla until it turns golden brown and crisp.

Flip it around and cook it another minute.

Fold it to a semi-circle and take it off the pan.

Repeat steps 5, 6, 7, 8 to prepare the rest of the chillas.

Serve them hot with ketchup and/or green chutney.
