Big, soft gingerbread cookies. My favorite cookie for fall! If you’re like me and already starting to think about the mass amount of holiday baking you want to do, this would be a good cookie to make. These cookies stay soft and are best stored in an air tight container. Go ahead and double the recipe, they’ll go fast!
