- Juice from 2 small blood oranges
- 120g powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons blood orange juice
Recipe Description
Polenta cakes are incredibly versatile and can be combined with a wide range of fruits, but blood oranges have o be on top of the list. The tangy aroma of oranges makes this cake shine, but let’s not forget the beautiful color or the oranges which complements well the natural yellow color of the cake.
