Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cold 1⅓ cups all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup unsalted butter, softened ¾ cup granulated sugar 1 egg, at room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 ounces dried blueberries froze will also work, just rinse well and pat dry 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 4 ounces dried blueberries
  • 3 tsp sugar for rolling cookies

The combination of blueberries and cream cheese make this a most delectable cookie. They are best served warm out of the oven. But what cookies aren’t?!?! Make sure when making these the cream cheese has a very good chill to it. Otherwise it will melt into the cookie and lose the texture we are going for with chunks!
