- ½ cup melted butter
- Raspberry drizzle:
- 1 and ½ cups fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup cane sugar
- ½ cup champagne
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- Cream:
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup pure cane sugar
- ½ cup champagne
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 to 6 tablespoons pure cane sugar
Recipe Description
Buttermilk waffles with a raspberry champagne mascarpone cream. My fancy breakfast brunch item. I also made a raspberry champagne drizzle that has a syrup like consistency. It sounds difficult but it is very easy to make. The cream takes just a few minutes to make as well as the sauce. And the waffle recipe is easy as well with no shifting of ingredients required, and you still get a soft tender waffle. Chow!
